AdCraft Privacy Policy

AdCraft helps users generate product descriptions and marketing copy. This Privacy Policy explains what information AdCraft processes, how it is used, and what choices users have.

Information We Process

• Product information you type into the app, such as product name, audience, features, benefits, pain points, and tone.
• Generated text returned by the AI service.
• Basic technical request data needed to operate the service, such as IP address, device/network metadata, and error logs handled by infrastructure providers.
• Purchase status information provided by Google Play Billing or Apple App Store when you buy or restore the Pro upgrade.

How We Use Information

• Generate product descriptions and marketing copy requested by the user.
• Operate, secure, and improve the app and backend service.
• Process Pro purchases and restore purchase access through Google Play or Apple App Store.
• Diagnose service failures, abuse, or performance issues.

AI Processing

Text submitted in AdCraft may be sent securely to our backend and to third-party AI inference providers in order to generate content. Do not submit sensitive personal information, payment card data, government identifiers, or confidential business information through the app.

Payments

If you purchase AdCraft Pro, payment processing is handled by Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Data Sharing

We may share limited data with service providers only as needed to operate AdCraft, such as:

• Cloud infrastructure and backend hosting providers
• AI inference providers used to generate content
• Google Play Billing or Apple App Store for purchase processing and entitlement restoration

We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention

We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Children’s Privacy

AdCraft is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can review and delete the information if appropriate.

Your Choices

• You may choose not to provide text inputs, but some app features will not function without them.
• You may stop using the app at any time.
• You can manage purchases and subscriptions, if applicable, through your Google Play or Apple App Store account.

Security

We use reasonable measures designed to protect information during transmission and processing. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
